SISTER I BROWS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Sister I Brows we guarantee satisfaction! If you are not satisfied, please let us know within the first 72 hours of your service date and we will adjust it to your satisfaction, at no extra cost. Anything after 72 hours will be charged a fee.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Reschedules or cancelled appointments require a 24-hour notice. Please note that for same day re-schedules / cancellations, a $35 cancellation fee must be paid before re-booking with us.
ARRIVING LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are 15 mins or later for your appointment; your appointment will be cancelled and a fee of $35 must be paid before rebooking with us.
NO SHOWS
Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make it to your appointment. Unfortunately, all no-shows will automatically result in the $35 cancellation fee. Cancellation fee must be paid before rebooking with us.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be provided prior to the appointment, simply phone or email us with this request. Please note, refunds are not processed due to an allergic reaction. We would be happy to remove the lashes free of charge at your earliest convenience.
REMINDER
Please come to all your appointments EYE MAKE UP FREE, INCLUDING MOISTURIZER. This means no mascara, eyeliner or eyeshadow. If needed, please arrive early to remove any make-up so it does not cut into your lashing time.
